  • Ongoing support and optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Startrz AI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Cooperate in good faith during the development and implementation process
  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, our payment terms include:

  • Project-based payments with milestone-based billing
  • Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services
  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights will be clearly defined in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Custom solutions developed for clients become client property upon full payment
  • Startrz AI retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
  • Third-party tools and services remain property of their respective owners
  • Confidential information is protected under separate non-disclosure agreements

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and maintain strict confidentiality standards:

  • All client information is treated as confidential
  • Access to client data is limited to authorized personnel only
  • Separate NDAs may be executed for additional protection
  • Data security measures are implemented to protect sensitive information

7. Service Level Agreements

We strive to provide high-quality services with the following commitments:

  • 24/7 support for critical issues
  • Same-day response to client inquiries
  • Regular progress updates and reporting
  • Adherence to agreed project timelines

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startrz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • 30-day written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediate termination for material breach of contract
  • Completion of project-based work as specified in agreements
  • Mutual agreement between parties

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
